Return & Refund Policy

At the time of signup, both Buyer and Seller agree to this Return and Refund Policy.

In the event of any false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.

In the event the return of a Product is duly accepted by Seller, the value of such Product, as originally paid by Buyer during acceptance of Product, will either be refunded to Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. WWW.YELONA.COM shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options.

Buyer agrees that if the returned Product is not accepted by the Seller then WWW.YELONA.COM shall have the right liquidate or sell those Products and give all the valid title, rights and interests including warranties and other collaterals and benefits associated with those Products (as the Buyer would have received from the Seller) to any third party to whom those Products are sold.

We offer a 7-day return guarantee on all the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in the original condition.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Defective/Damaged Product.
  2. Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
  3. Incorrect Quantity
  4. Wrong Product Delivered
  5. Part of Product is missing
  6. Non-receipt of Invoice / Warranty

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  2. Consumable Product
  3. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
  4. Serial Number is tampered
  5. Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 7- days.
  6. Damaged products reported after 2-days.
  7. Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
  8. Product is used or worn or altered

Categories not eligible for Return:

  1. Healthcare Products
  2. Customized Products
  3. Undergarments, Lingerie, Swimsuits, etc.
  4. Perishables including Flowers, Edibles, etc.
  5. Other consumables

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?

  1. Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
  2. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.
  3. You can opt for store credit as well and use the amount for future purchases with us.

I've still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?

We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from. However, you can opt for this, if you made the payment through COD (Cash on Delivery).
